Program : AQUA Nutrica Komunitas Sehat Lestari – Community-Based Community Empowerment Program

Program background : As a developing region, the people of Medan Satria need to be more involved and encouraged in community-based health such as in providing advice on clean water, community-based sanitation, PHBS, community nutrition and other public health institutions in accordance with the 6th point of the SDGs

Stages of program activities :

• Initial survey of the location by making observations
• Coordinate with stakeholders
• PHBS Counseling,
• Revitalization of Clean Water Facilities
• Institutional Strengthening
• Monitoring & Evaluation

Output : Ease of access to clean water and sanitation, towards a clean and healthy society
