Blueprint CSR/TJSL
“Blueprints are needed as soft selling of the company’s business, which will later be able to measure the ratio of reputation improvement in compiling a strategic plan for a company’s social programs to realize a sustainable program.”
Implementation of ISO 26000 Management System and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In addition, monitoring and evaluation performance refers to POJK 51, the Social Return on Investment (SROI) method calculation, and community development programs based on social mapping. The implementation of CSR from time to time can be seen in the image below.
The current CSR is CSR which is not just charity but also prioritizes aspects of sustainability and has ISO 26000 guidelines in its implementation. In addition, the existing CSR also has a strategic plan guide in the form of a TJSL Blueprint that aligns with the company’s business chain. The following is an overview of the CSR Blueprint preparation scheme, which is in line with the company’s Strategic Management Process and implemented in the technical activity stages of the CSR Operational Management Process.
Thus, in making a blueprint, it must be by the essence of formulating the direction of policies, strategies, formulation of the Company’s CSR programs & activities using the CSV method, and involving all elements of the department/division in the Company.
